The focus of the workshop is on conscious breathing and its vivid resonance on all dimensions of the being. The practices used are inspired by and come from mindfulness meditation, relaxology, 5 elements of YoQi (synergy of Yoga and Qi Gong), intuitive movement, energy and spiritual work.
