The retreat with Alexandra Debosky combines yoga, walking and moments of concentration, with the rhythm of the tranquility of the place. Each day begins with 2 hours of yoga and cleanses to consolidate the body and calm the mind, followed by free time to explore or rest. In the afternoon, we will do 2 hours of meditative walking for introspection and calming.
In addition to the practices, we will share experiences such as a cooking workshop with Chef Maria and massage or Reiki for deeper relaxation.
This getaway is not only an inner journey, but also an opportunity to live with the rhythm of the islands, renewing our lives with simplicity and consciousness.
